THE COMPANY.

I am very glad to see that Dove has made the effort to share their reflections of last week meetings with us. Good job!

I have my reflection to share with my Guides too. Last Saturday, I spent 1 hour talking to Ms Jan McIntyre after my Training Committee's meeting. As a Guider, I am constantly learning and relearning.

Jan asked me questions that made me question our pogramme - whether it is imbalanced, too skewed to outdoor activities, my learning objectives for my Guides and so many more. It made me reflect on so many things.

I have to admit, Guides, I am not perfect and at times even Guiders make mistakes. As a relatively new Guider, I believe I have so much more to learn and offer to my Guides. That is the reason why, I throw myself in Guides . I am lucky to have a lot of support from our Guiders, WJ, Dd, Val, PZ and all of you. I will never admit it out loud, but I do love our unit a alot.

I dream of moulding holistic Guides - able to brave the outdoors, plan and execute events, compassionate beings, contributors to our society, kind, beautiful inside and out and who puts her best foot forward everything that she does (includes studies).

Hopefully, in 2 years time, our unit will be a force to be reckon with and a unit that we are all proud of.

I hope that you will always remember that we are a family, no matter our problems, disagreements or differences.

I leave you with a quote,"When excellence becomes tradition, greatness has no limits."

It is something that I believe we as a unit should internalize in our daily lives. =)
