We’re the Girl Guides from Bedok South Secondary School! We are made up of 4 lovely patrols, naming Dove, Kingfisher, Flowerpecker & Mynah.
You can locate us easily! We’re on the 4th floor, D&T Block, right in between Scout’s Den & NCDCC room.
We love to laugh! ;D We are crazy, hyper and very friendly!

Today, we started meeting by doing colours. we started off by falling in and madam Li min, Madam Yi xuan and Madam Melaine tested everyone the Guides law, Guide world song and Guide pledge. All those who do not know need to fall out and i am one of them. After they had tested, almost three quaters of us do not know. After that, we continued ur colours. When we were singing the world song, Miss Huda keep asking us to repeat as we do not know and we sang very softly.We repeated quite a lot of times.After some times, we sang loudly and we continued. After we finished our colours, Miss Huda gave us consent form for the cookie project and she brief us on the jamboree. After briefing, we did some exercising with Nexuan leading. we also ran around to warm up. We also went to the field to run. We started playing from there. We played lots of games there. And it was tiring. After playing for some time, we had a water break and when we went back to the basketball court, lots of them had lost their phone. They went to find while the rest went for water nreak and went to the volleyball court to assemble.After sitting there for some time, we decided to go up the Guides room to help out.We brought poles down and we did gadget making. We did gadgets for 1hour and 15min. After that, we kept the things and went up to the guides room to take our bag. We sang taps and we were dismiss from the guides room. Today was a memorable day for me and a tiring but fun day!(: ~Vicky:)~

Low Fat Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Mushrooms are one of nature's super foods. They are low in calories, sugar and salt, fat free, cholesterol free, and are a valuable source of fiber. Mushrooms are also one of the few natural sources of vitamin D, which is essential for healthy bones and teeth.
These low fat cheesy stuffed mushrooms are packed full of flavor and are fun to eat making them an ideal way to introduce more mushrooms into your diet.
This recipe is low in fat and sugar.

• 100g Capsicum
• 30g Parsley Chopped
• 3 cloves garlic crushed
• 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
• 150g Bread Crumbs
• 1 onion, diced
• 50g light cream cheese
• 50g low fat ricotta
• 50g low fat tasty cheese
• 8 Med Mushroom (320g)
Recipe method:
Recipe Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. In a fry pan, spray a little olive oil and fry onion and capsicum until softened (around 5 mins). Set aside to cool.
3. In a bowl combine all ingredients except for the mushrooms.
4. Peel off the outer layer of the mushrooms or wipe clean with a damp tea towel.
5. Place each mushroom upside down on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
6. Place the mixture in each mushroom, tightly packing it in. Sprinkle each with a little breadcrumb to give it a crunchy outer.
7. Cook for 40-50 mins, depending on oven.
